hi! First post here :)

I need some help. In my garden I've found some frogspawn in a tiny pool of rainwater in a little dip on a worktable. It's hard to explain the place where they are, but its really really small. Its about an 1" inch deep and 5" inches wide and theres about 40 eggs. Im worried that it might be a bit too crowded and they'll die and also the water a nasty greenish colour. I don't have a pond to move them into, and even If i did i dont think i would be able to because instead of being in a clump there all separate and different sizes. Anyone have any suggestions what I should do?

Are you absolutely sure this is frogspawn?  40 eggs is a very small number, and spawn laid by the common frog is always in a clump, not as seperate eggs...any chance of a picture?

recently laid frogspawn is small and i had a similer problem. I found a dried up ditch with frogspawn in it so i put it in my pond but it just disintegrated and seperated, i think it was the lack of nutriants in the water as in it absorbs goods though the egg

I saw a load of spawn by the roadside in a puddle earlier this year, I thought about moving it but it was an hour away from home and I couldnĘt be bothered going back with a bucket.

I wanted presents from lots of you. Snot fair that Ben Rigsby was the only one to send me Xmas & birthday presents.
